Here’s a yummy Crock-Pot meal that made everyone in my house happy. That’s saying a lot, actually, since my family typically doesn’t enjoy food cooked in a Crock-Pot. I think this Creamy Crock-Pot Chicken Alfredo is just the recipe to change their minds!
Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 5 – 8 hours
Makes: 6 – 8 servings
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 packet zesty Italian seasoning
1 8-oz. package of cream cheese, softened
2 cans cream of chicken soup
Shredded Parmesan cheese for topping
Instructions
Place chicken in crockpot and cover with Italian seasoning. Soften cream cheese and add to pot in small spoonfuls. Pour cream of chicken soup over entire mixture and cook on low for 5-8 hours. 10 minutes before serving, remove chicken breasts from crockpot and shred. Using a wire whisk, whisk sauce until fully blended. Return chicken to sauce and stir. Serve over pasta, topping with shredded Parmesan cheese, if desired.
